Virtual Dance for Parkinson’s Class with Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre

Fridays | February 3 – April 28, 2023 | 2pm – 3pm

PBT’s Dance for Parkinson’s instructors receive specialized training in the Dance for PD® methodology created at the Mark Morris Dance Group in New York. No previous dance experience is required.  Elements of modern dance, ballet, tap, folk and social dancing are included in a laid back, social environment enriched by live music.  Each class will begin with all participants seated, with both seated and standing options provided for the second half of class.  Participants should make sure to join class from a safe environment, including a sturdy chair.

There is not a fee, but donations are accepted.
