Yoga for Parkinson's


Move and Groove Yoga is being offered at our Bellevue office (575 Lincoln Avenue) every Friday from 1:00 - 2:00 pm! This fun yoga class will bring a smile to your face and strength and flexibility to your body. Music from your favorite oldies will accompany the yoga moves. Great for both men and women and all levels are welcome. No experience is required. Equipment/props are provided.

The cost is $5/class and the first session is FREE! Classes will be taught by Laura Mastrorocco, Registered Yoga Teacher.
