Yoga for Parkinson's


Yoga for Parkinson's class is offered at our Bellevue office every Thursday, 11:30-12:30. All levels are welcome and no experience is required- just wear your comfortable clothes! Equipment/props provided, but bring your own if you can. The cost is $5/class and the first session is FREE! Classes will be taught by Laura Mastrorocco and Sandy Campbell, and questions can be directed to Laura at 734-776-3158 or

Laura has been sharing her passion for yoga with students since 2009. Laura deepened her practice at Schoolhouse Yoga in East Liberty where she learned a more therapeutic approach to yoga and received her 200-hour training.

Sandy was trained at the Brain Health Center where she received her 200-hour yoga certification through the Healthy Body, Peaceful Souls program. Combining her background and interest in nutrition, positive psychology, mindset, and self care, Sandy empowers her clients to live a more integrated and harmonious life.
