ABOUT THE WEBINAR:
Join us to learn a few simple strengthening and stretching techniques to keep our body feeling balanced. We will focus/observe the differences between the right and left sides of our body and talk about how these imbalances from side-to-side effect our balance. But with a few simple moves, you can start feeling safe and balanced, which keeps us living a long independent life.
