ABOUT THE WEBINAR:

Caregivers spend so much time focused on everyone else that their own well-being often gets pushed aside. The stress, mental overload, emotional weight, and constant responsibility of caregiving can leave even the strongest caregivers exhausted and running on empty. In this encouraging and practical webinar, wellness educator and caregiver advocate Jennifer Antkowiak will share realistic ways caregivers can reduce stress, protect their emotional and physical well-being, and create small moments of relief and renewal in everyday life, without adding more pressure to an already full schedule. Participants will walk away with simple tools to calm overwhelm, restore energy, feel more supported, and care for themselves while continuing to care for others.
