Support Group Leader Workshop

Join us either in-person OR virtually as we gather as a support group leader community!

We will discuss topics such as co-leading and committees, engaging and retaining your members, succession plans, meeting structures and topic ideas, and ways that PFWPA can help.

9:45am10:00am – Arrival Time – Sign in and receive your name tag (for in-person attendees)

10:00am-10:10am – Welcome – Casey Peluso and Rory Buhler

10:10am-10:30am – Intros and ice breaker

10:30am-11:00am – Session – Leading, Co-Leading and Committees

11:00am-11:10am – Break – Get up and stretch!

11:10am-12:00pm – Session – Engaging Your Members. How can PFWPA help?

12:00pm-1:00pm – Lunch – Lunch and time to network with one another

1:00pm- 1:30pm – Session – Structure of meetings, your culture, topics, presenters

1:30pm-2:00pm – Conclusion – Creating fun outside of your support group meetings, PFWPA’s involvement and general wrap up.
